Francis Mesina

Francis began his career in the HRO and financial sector in 1999, working in pension plan management for his firm's clients, all among the Fortune 200.

He then started a practice in financial services and was named the 2006 Illinois Financial Services Professional of the Year. He was promoted to leadership, and awarded the 2010 Partner of the Year.

In 2011, Francis accepted a role as a Director with the largest U.S. public financial institution. In 2013, he accepted a leading role as Managing Director, where he was the recipient of the 2014 Presidential Citation Award, as one of the top five Managing Directors in the nation.

Francis is an itinerant speaker, licensed pastor, and Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He has delivered talks for universities, corporations, the U.S. Government and for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – demystifying financial topics and teaching families to break from cycles of poverty. Francis lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife and five children.
