Madie Kulkarni has led multi-million dollar diverse applications portfolio and cross-functional and cross-organizational enterprise-wide programs to drive transformation and business outcomes. She has managed large global teams to deliver turnkey projects with advanced technologies and high availability solutions. Experienced in leading IT Innovation, she has received two CIO Innovation awards for her work with service-oriented architecture (SOA). As a leader, Madie believes in coaching and mentoring to groom and build organizational talent and leadership. She was executive sponsor for IT Women’s Leadership Forum to drive representation and growth opportunities for women leaders in the technology industry.
Madie currently leads technology strategy, digital transformation, and application development of fintech software solutions supporting Fiserv's omni-channel customer communications and secure card businesses.
Previously at HP, she led Channel Sales Operations IT portfolio and was responsible for channel sales data management for WW commercial and retail segments representing 70% of HP revenue. Madie was also responsible for enabling and optimizing $8B in channel contra payments (financial claims & rebates, price protection, MDF and partner comp). Previously, she was accountable for Business Intelligence and Analytics transformation for EDW programs. Her experience includes leading WW e2e Services Warranty Obligations portfolio, and managing complex integrations through Compaq-DEC-HP mergers.
Prior to HP, Madie was a Principal at Keane, responsible for engagement management, strategy, architecture, SW delivery and implementation across energy, financial services and high-tech clients.
Based in Houston, Madie has an MBA in MIS from the University of Pune - Symbiosis. Her expertise includes IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Reengineering, Agile & Waterfall SDLC, BI/Analytics, Systems Integration, Best-Shore delivery model, IT Outsourcing, ITSM/CMM, PMO and Cloud.
