Juan E. Rose III is a Director serving the Los Angeles and Inland Empire regions in Southern California. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for a team on a portfolio of over 8 million square feet of assets. On behalf of multiple clients, he leads operations on office and industrial properties to exceed revenue targets and minimize operating expenses.
Most recently, Mr. Rose led a team, with six of the seven CBRE Business Lines represented, on over $100 million of Emergency Response and Restoration operations in Downtown Los Angeles. The team, servicing the City of Los Angeles client, was recognized globally as the 2015 CBRE Property Management Outstanding Team of the Year. Mr. Rose’s professional experience includes over 15 years of operations and leadership in the areas of Finance and Commercial Real Estate. He is also currently serving as a Financial Management Officer and Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve overseeing Emergency Operations for Marine Corps Installations in the western United States. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rose established himself as a subject matter expert in defense financial management. As an agent of the United States Treasury, Mr. Rose personally managed over $55 million in cash, over $300 million in public funds and real estate assets. He was responsible for leading over 200 professionals in numerous office, retail, industrial, medical, housing, and military intelligence projects globally - Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East.
