Matt serves as Reaching Out’s full-time Executive Director overseeing staff, volunteers and working with the organization’s Board to further Reaching Out’s mission to educate, inspire and connect LGBT business students.
His first involvement with Reaching Out was at the 2009 ROMBA Conference then he later became a Board Member, serving from 2011-2013.
With an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, Kidd comes to the role with a background in product development in both technology startups and theatrical production. His experiences range from working with New York City-based start-up Tenlegs on sales and product marketing of its network for artists, to consulting for MyCityWay, a BMW-backed company, on the product launch of its Macy’s Fourth of July mobile Application. Kidd has also served as a theatrical producer and communications consultant for commercial and non-profit arts organizations, and served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Boston Business Council. Matt was an Arcus Leadership Program Fellow from 2015-2016.
