Ilka Rodríguez-Díaz is the Deputy Chief for Talent Acquisition at CIA and, along with the Chief, oversees the recruitment of new hires. She joined CIA in 1985, supporting intelligence collection in 25 countries and later began a career in HR. She is with the Senior Intelligence Service, the CIA’s executive cadre, and has numerous awards including an Intelligence Commendation Medal and National Intelligence Professional awards. She has a B.A. in French and German from New York University and has certificates from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, L’Institut Catholique de Paris, and Harvard University’s JFK School of Government. Ms. Rodríguez-Díaz also holds an M.A. in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University.
