Henry Hernandez

Director of Business Development

Henry O. Hernandez, Jr. is Director of Business Development for Linden Resources, a non-profit organization creating job opportunities for people with disabilities and Wounded Veterans.  He is responsible for driving sales growth of Linden’s business solutions in print and mailhouse services, warehousing/fulfillment, and total document solutions. 

Most recently, Henry was Principal and Senior Consultant for Diversity & Inclusion Executive Consulting. His past experience includes Vice President - Director of Diversity & Inclusion for SAIC, Chief Diversity Officer at American Express, Executive Director for Global Diversity Leadership at Pitney Bowes, and other key corporate and consulting positions. He formerly served as an Intelligence Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).  

Henry is co-founder and first President of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA).  Henry’s past recognition by NSHMBA includes being the first Ultimate Hispanic Executive, Executive Circle Inductee, and the first recipient of the NSHMBA Brillante Award for Member Service. Most recently, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Philadelphia NSHMBA Chapter.  He continues to be an advocate for greater senior executive and board level representation of Hispanics in corporate and non-profit sectors. 

 Henry holds a BA degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.   He was married to the late Benita Flores Hernandez and has three sons, Henry III, James Luis, and Michael John.
