Mr. Floyd Trotman III is an accomplished corporate trainer who is in high demand throughout North America.  He is also the founder and managing partner of CertifiNOW, LLC, a company that specializes in advanced certification training for entrepreneurs and professionals seeking career advancement.

CertifiNOW™ is a registered education provider (REP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and Mr. Trotman is one of very few subject manner experts (SME) in the world that have mastered every version of the PMI Global Standard known as The PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge).

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Trotman held positions of leadership at IBM, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, and InterContinental Hotels Group where he demonstrated the ability to exceed business, operations, and global project management objectives. He has managed projects throughout North America, Europe, Middle East, and the Far East.

Mr. Trotman leveraged his 20+ years of experience to launch CertifiNOW and develop an accelerated learning approach that condenses 12-months of self study into just 3-days of classroom instruction.  With a student pass rate near 100%, his unique approach has enabled several thousand professionals to pass the internationally accepted PMI certification exams – on the 1st attempt – to become highly sought after certified Project Management Professionals (PMP®) and to earn the status of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®).

For corporate clients and senior executives contemplating organizational transformation, CertifiNOW provides a solid theoretical framework and the proper paradigms for thinking about Projectized organizational structures and the project management profession.

Mr. Trotman is a graduate of the Univ. of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business, where he earned two master’s degrees — MBA & MS/MoIS.  He also earned professional certifications from the Project Management Institute, IBM, George Washington University, and the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
