During his eighteen year tenure in consulting as a corporate executive with Accenture, Fernando Rosario has had the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, retail, and technology sectors – developing and delivering large scale technology projects in the banking, capital markets, eCommerce, mortgage, risk management, credit / debit card, call center, mobile application, and payment infrastructure areas.
Fernando has held various executive positions in Fortune 500 companies and has been deeply involved with Inclusion and Diversity initiatives. Over the last several years he has played the role of National Lead for the Hispanic American Community, served as the executive champion for multiple large recruiting initiatives, acted as the executive sponsor for professional organizations, and has been an active board member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Industrial Partnership Council (IPC).
Fernando is an active member, recruiter, and coach for national diversity organizations such as the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Prospanica, the Puerto Rico Leadership Conference (PRLC), and the National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA).
In addition to his role as a corporate executive, Fernando is involved with several non-profit organizations providing advice, coaching, and technology direction.
He was selected as one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanics in IT by the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) two years in a row.
Fernando has been involved in the design, development, and delivery of multiple leadership programs. He is part of the John C. Maxwell Team, a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, and a certified coach.
