Do I need to register to attend the 2019 Conference and Career Fair?
Yes. Everyone must register to attend any sessions, luncheons, receptions, etc for the conference.

May I wait and register onsite when I arrive at the conference?
Yes, you may. However, we strongly encourage you to register as early as possible early for the best rates.
What is included in the conference registration fees?
There are two registration categories: Full Conference and Career Experience Only. To see the breakdown on what those options offer and to begin the registration process, please click here.
Is there a guest fee?
No, there is no specified guest fee. Everyone must register and select a registration option to attend.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?
No, substitutions are not permitted.
What is the cancellation policy?
All registration cancellations and/or changes are subject to a fee. Requests for cancellations will be refunded at 50% on registration and separately purchased meal tickets, when the request is received via email on or before 9/30/2019. To request a refund, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Conference Refund Request.” Cancellations requested on or after 10/1/2019 will not be eligible for refunds. Further, no cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows". Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is received.
Registrations are non-transferable. Please note, all registrations on or after 10/25/2018 must take place on-site and are subject to on-site pricing.
Will I need to sign up for specific sessions?
No. Your registration grants you access to the Career Expo, Corporate Networking Reception, and all Professional Development sessions. Hospitality suites, special events, and additional meal function entry are by invitation or purchased tickets only.

Do you have any scholarships or assistance available to attend conference?
At this time, we do not have any available scholarships or fee assistance for conference. We do offer discounts for large student groups. Click here for more information.
Do I need a rental car?
All events will take place in the host hotel (Rosen Centre Hotel). Prospanica will have a room block designated for students and professionals in the Rosen Centre. The immediate area is walkable and rental car is not needed to gain access to area shopping, dining and entertainment.
How can I get to the airport and/or hotel?
You must arrange for your own transportation to and from the airport/hotel.
Will ground transportation be provided?
Prospanica does not provide ground transportation. It is your responsibility to secure you own ground transportation.
