Esther Vegas-Eddings is a Compensation Leader at Cigna with over 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Esther currently leads the Global Rewards Strategy & Design team supporting Cigna’s mission to help customers improve their health, well-being and sense of security.
Esther has demonstrated success in developing and executing global and innovative total reward strategies and solutions. In 2014, she won the CEO Champions award at Cigna for her work in driving a cross cultural project that positively impacted Cigna's non-English speaking customers.
Esther received her Bachelors’ Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Drexel University.
Esther is a Philadelphia native who has a passion for diversity, community service and her family. She presently serves as a Corporate Advisory Board member for Prospanica (formerly known as NSHMBA) and volunteers on the PTA of her children’s schools.
