Eric Guthrie, Esq. is the CEO of Better Me, Better We, and he is an experienced labor, employment and general business attorney, international trainer and human resources executive. As a Certified Training Executive, Eric has designed and delivered trainings in leadership, teamwork, diversity and disaster planning in many countries including: Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Thailand, Ecuador, India, Sri Lanka and Hungary. Eric has experience in designing trainings to meet client’s needs including: Valuing Employees for Time Warner Cable and The Department of State; International Humanitarian Law for the American Red Cross; and Online Ethics Training for the State of Maryland, Office of Ethics and Accountability. Eric also has experience in managing technology related projects including databases, and SharePoint sites for Wachovia (currently Wells Fargo), Time Warner Cable and the Department State.
Eric serves in leadership positions on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards including: Unique Caring Network, Unique Caring Foundation, the Morehouse College National Alumni Association and the Grooming Greatness Foundation. Eric is the author of the book: Diversify or Die: Diversity. Inclusion. Evolution. Success. Diversify or Die demonstrates how diversity and inclusion can be used to increase the bottom line for any organization. Eric obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree, cum laude, from Morehouse College and his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
